  「香港食品衞生管理人員協會」成立於二零零一年,會員均為熱心推動本港食品衞生的人士,對食品衞生、酒店飲食業管理及食品業發展非常關注。多年來本會積極舉辦了各項與食品衞生相關的培訓課程、研討會、交流活動及工作坊等,希望將最新的食品衛生安全資訊與同業分享,藉此提升食品管理的水平。
 
  現今科技發達,各行各業均利用現代化的系統以提升機構整體效能;食品製造業亦不例外,為確保所製作的食品合符衞生安全標準,檢測和認證,必能有助食品業制定更完善措施,更有效地監察各個工作流程。身為食品管理一員,確保食品安全是工作首要條件,而持之而恆的培訓更是必要的條件,培訓除可獲取最新知識及行業資訊,更可進一步提升個人專業水平,為事業鋪展更廣濶的空間。
 
  本會為英國環境衞生協會(Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, CIEH)註冊中心,過往積極舉辦食品安全增潤研討會及食品安全培訓,將正面信息帶給香港、澳門及國內等地的食品同業。繼往開來,本會會繼續努力積極籌劃更多活動,以提升食品安全為己任。
 
 

Hong Kong Food Hygiene Administrators Association (HKFHAA) was established in 2001, and members have been enthusiastic to promote food hygiene in Hong Kong and are very concerned in hygiene operation and food safety in hotel/catering management. Over the years the Association has actively organized food hygiene training courses, seminars, activities and workshops, hoping to share the latest food hygiene and safety information with colleagues so as to enhance the level of food safety management in Hong Kong and neighboring cities.

 
 

With advancement in technology to-day, effective operating systems are used in industries in order to enhance the overall operation and for the food industry, there is no exception. To ensure that food products comply with health and safety standards, testing and certification will help the food industry to establish better measures, in effective monitoring of the various work processes. In the food management team, ensuring food safety is the first priority and continuous professional development is necessary to obtain the latest industry information and knowledge. This will further enhance the professional standard and open up new dimensions in the trade.

 
 

HKFHAA has been the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, CIEH, U.K.) Registered Centre. In the past, we have organised refresher seminars and training programmes in food safety and delivered a positive message across to the food industry in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Looking ahead, HKFHAA will continue to plan more activities to enhance food safety measures in the region.
